We invest and develop

Our three property management companies EMTA Projekt I GmbH, EMTA Projekt II GmbH and City Plus GmbH each specialize in investing in different properties and their uses. From apartment buildings to medium-sized shopping centers and business parks. Because we prefer to work with established German banks and credit institutions, we always remain flexible and independent.



We manage and network

Akdas Haus- und Grundmanagement GmbH takes on the complete service of building optimization and property management. From all tradesman services by specialist companies commissioned by us as well as our own specialists to rental management, from energy management to the clarification of all legal issues by our in-house legal department.



For us, developing a building sustainably means much more than simply implementing structural projects in accordance with current energy regulations.

Keeping an eye on the future of real estate today

The requirements for residential and commercial real estate are constantly changing.
That is why we are already thinking today about the living and working of tomorrow.
To create state-of-the-art building infrastructure in cities as well as in their outskirts.

New construction projects for age-appropriate living

From 2024, we will invest in new construction projects for the first time. One focus will be on age-appropriate, barrier-free living. At a time when people are getting older and older and want to live in their own homes for as long as possible, new concepts are needed to make this living comfortable and affordable. We not only develop these concepts, we also implement them independently on properties we have already acquired.

Decentralized, digital working for short distances

Real estate development and management require constant monitoring and short communication channels. That is why we have completely digitalized our management and, in addition to our headquarters in Düsseldorf, we are also your contact in numerous other locations in Germany, always close to the respective properties.
