Our passion for real estate
We have been at home in real estate development and management for more than 20 years. Company founder Cihat Akdas shares his passion for breathing new life into buildings and improving them for the people who live and work in them in the long term with a close-knit team of employees, including his sons.
Together, they invest a lot of energy every day, which pays off for the buildings and the people in them for years to come. This is only possible with a strong team spirit, open doors and ears and a clear philosophy: if you speak a common language, you don’t need a hierarchy.
